Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is free of pet hair, then securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
